Posting images

Hello Henry,
I think there should be an easy way to post video/images on the site. After all, that's what it's all about, right? Maybe I'm just missing something (wouldn't be the 1st time) but I just spent 2 1/2 hours resizing and converting and ended up putting a url in. There's a lot of boxes to choose from but I'm getting nowhere. Can you give us a guide or is the site still a little buggy?
